To comply with the new TLS1.3 security protocols taking effect in Spring 2024, IngenPool-Pro requires at the minimum Windows 10 with all updates current.
(The .NET Framework 4.8 or later, included in Windows 10 & 11, is required for all online functions, including uploads, SMS and Fargo submission.)
There are currently no Mac or Chromebook versions of IngenPool available. However, in many cases, Windows virtualization and compatibility solutions, such as VMware Fusion for Mac and CrossOver for Chromebook, can successfully run Windows desktop applications on those platforms. Additional alternatives are also available, and extensive documentation can be found online. We encourage you to use the five free demo credits to test the software and confirm compatibility before subscribing to IngenPool Pro.

Important: INGENLAB SOFTWARE or DANIEL LAVIGNE should be displayed as the Verified Publisher during installation. This verification confirms that the installation package is authentic, has not been tampered with, and is free of viruses, spyware, and malware. Windows 10 and later: If you see a security warning, select More info to view and confirm the publisher before proceeding with the installation. If you download the installation package from an alternative source and the publisher is shown as Unknown Publisher, stop the installation immediately and do not proceed.
IngenPool Pro is distributed exclusively through electronic download. No physical media or printed documentation is shipped. Access to and use of the software is not dependent on any physical media that may have been previously received. IngenPool does not require an Internet connection to operate.

What to Expect from This Demo/Trial Version: Enjoy access to all core features for up to 5 tournaments. The database is fully functional in the demo version, so don't hesitate to start building your player repository right away. When you activate your subscription, the 5-tournament limitation will be removed, and your existing installation will retain all of your data. IngenPool Pro includes built-in protection against software piracy. When an Internet connection is available, the software periodically validates its ID#. After a predetermined number of confirmed validation failures, a random lockout date may be assigned. The low membership fee should provide ample incentive to avoid the risk of being locked out at a critical moment.
